If payment was processed but profile wasn't activated due to technical issues

These fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • × After service profile has been approved and activated
  • × Account suspended for policy violations or fraudulent activity
  • × Natural expiry of verification period without renewal
  • × Change of mind after verification process is complete
  • × Verification failed due to incomplete or invalid documents provided
