Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally paid multiple times during the same cycle
Verification Not Completed
If we couldn't complete verification due to issues on our end
Payment Gateway Error
If payment was processed but profile wasn't activated due to technical issues
Non-Refundable Fees

Per service/year
Annual fee to verify and activate each service
Service Activation Fee
One-time per additional service
One-time fee when adding extra service categories
These fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
- × After service profile has been approved and activated
- × Account suspended for policy violations or fraudulent activity
- × Natural expiry of verification period without renewal
- × Change of mind after verification process is complete
- × Verification failed due to incomplete or invalid documents provided
